As an option for your MSA SCBA, the APR Adapter can be used
with the full range of MSA Advantage Respirator Cartridges
or the CBA/RCA Gas Mask Canister.
The First Line of Defense
In addition to overhaul projects, the APR Adapter also is ideal
for defense preparedness. As a firefighter, you are on the front
lines when responding to threats, including domestic
terrorism. Although you wear your SCBA for all initial responses,
you may often require longer-term protection than your
air cylinder provides. After determining the identity and
concentration of the airborne contaminants at the emergency
