GfG N/A, Service, Repair and Visit Fees, Customer Support and Service, Service / Repair and Fault Finding Visits, Hourly Rate: A minimum of 4 hours ($800) will be billed plus applicable travel time at a 50% rate ($100 / hour) additional charges for accomodations and meals may apply. Hourly rates are per Technician. A visit from a GfG Technician to inspect the system and troubleshoot areas that are not functioning properly. The Technician will repair / replace equipment that is identified during the inspection of system, if prior information and parts are available. A complete report will be sent to the customer. The cost of replacement equipment will be the responsibility of the customer. If sufficient information regarding the system and the issues being experienced are not proved to GfG prior to the visti, a follow up visit may be required. Hourly rates apply, plus travel, acommodations, and meals for the Technician, as needed, for each visit.
